Powell Reservable Spaces

The Powell Student Center is home to a variety of reservable spaces, perfect for both large and small meetings/events. Please see details below on reserving space in Powell. 

Reservations for Regisitered Student Organizations (RSOs) 

Active student organizations can see available spaces, and reserve space by completing the reservation form HERE. In most cases, there is no fee associated with reserving Powell for our RSOs. 

All campus reservations are completed by EKU Conferencing & Events. Please call 859-622-2001 with questions. 

Digital Signage Space 

Active student organizations can request "space" on Powell's digital signage for upcoming events by completing the form HERE. 

Other departments or campus organizations with questions regarding the digtial signage may reach out at dylan.bogard@eku.edu.

Powell Banner Reservation Requests

Student Life & First-Year expeience is able to offcer limited space on the Powell Student Center for RSO banners. These banners must follow the guidelines outlined in the form to be approved.

Reservations for EKU Departments & Outside Groups

EKU Departments and outside groups must book all campus spaces through EKU Conferencing & Events, including the Powell Student Center. Spaces booked through Conferencing & Events may have a fee associated with the event. You can learn more and request a space HERE.
